- DISCUSS: How does your current hunger or longing for God compare to other times in your life?
- DISCUSS: What, if anything, are you doing to connect with God on a daily basis?
REVIEW: Take care of your kingdom.
- READ: Genesis 1:28 “Then God blessed them and said, ‘Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.’”
- DISCUSS: You can’t fix everything, but what can you do—where you are with what you have—to align your influence and responsibilities with God’s kingdom?
REVIEW: Pick a fight.
- READ: 1 Timothy 6:12 “Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.”
- DISCUSS: What area of your life or our culture that you are passionate about? What step might you be able to take to engage in that area?
REVIEW: Trust God with the rest.
- READ: Proverbs 16:9 “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.”
- DISCUSS: What are some things that you need to release control of and trust God to direct?
