The resurrection of Jesus creates the opportunity for anyone to have a comeback story.
REVIEW: Fear becomes peace.
- READ: Acts 10:36 “This is the message of Good News for the people of Israel—that there is peace with God through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all.”
- DISCUSS: Are there any relationships or situations that consistently cause you anxiety or stress? What might it look like to invite Jesus into those places?
REVIEW: Disappointment becomes joy.
- READ: Jude 1:24 “Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault.”
- DISCUSS: Are you carrying any disappointment right now? What hope do you have in Jesus?
REVIEW: Doubt becomes faith.
- READ: Colossians 2:7 “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”
- DISCUSS: What does it mean to you personally to have faith in Jesus?
REVIEW: Failure becomes a fresh start.
- READ: 2 Corinthians 5:17 “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”
