- DISCUSS: How are you deepening your understanding and practice of a complete dependence on God?
Review: Pride allows anger, bitterness and unforgiveness to linger.
- READ: Luke 6:37 “Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.”
- DISCUSS: Is there anyone you feel angered, offended or hurt by? How can humility help you take a step toward forgiveness?
Review: Pride produces worry.
- READ: 1 Peter 5:7 “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.”
- DISCUSS: What truths or promises of God help you break free from worry and anxiety?
